I was selling a probate home and doing it from out of state so I needed someone who was incredibly knowledgeable, reliable, communicative, and proactive. That was Nick and then some. He told me to list it 10% higher than the Zillow estimate at the time. I thought he was out of his mind but obviously didn’t argue. So we did, got 6 offers in the first 2 days, and closed in a month.
